I find security and predictability super SEXY
I also like excitement. Just knowing that I can pay my bills ALWAYS.
That's sexy.
And  therefore...
I LOVE PLANNING.
Gosh.
You know the reversed engineered ones.
VERY SOLID ONES.
Something so sexy with predictable results.
Knowing that you can make this or MORE.
That you’ve a path and a process to welcome those clients and that revenue.
Until not that long ago, I couldn't make plans.
Because they wouldn't stick.
Always something would happen.
Too much going on in my personal life as my ex was terminally ill.
So I just went with the flow.
And the past two years have been successful for my business, as I was able to build a multiple 6-figure business.
But it was without a solid plan (mind-blowing right!?)
So I leaned into working very SMART, and amplifying what works.
Became brutal about only doing the 20% that brought 80% of the results.
It worked.
BUT now I can add a SOLID plan to the midst.
And actually map out my bes...
New level, the same devil ![]()
It was November 2020.
And I was launching my new business for the first time.
I had planned a 3-day training event called "3 Days to Design Your Business," which focused on designing offers and creating a business strategy, leading to my 10-week group program, Business Launch, priced at 1170 euros.
To help me with my launch, I signed up for my first-ever business coach, Sigrun, who specializes in online businesses.
I followed her launch formula step-by-step, using her analytical approach and great launch framework and checklists to reverse engineer my launch.
I mapped out the whole process, put my goals in place, finalized my offers, created my opt-in page, designed my freebie (Business Launch Checklist), wrote and scheduled my email sequence, pre-wrote and scheduled my promotion posts, and created my sales page and sales sequence.
I even plugged in some Facebook ads, promoted across social media, and spammed a few groups.
However, it was a lot of work for me as it was the first...
Growing your business can be scary and often confronting.
Particularly as a coach and service entrepreneur.
Â
In my wildest dreams did I ever imagine how different it would be having a coaching business from my previous startups.
Â
It's a world apart.Â
Â
My startup was so much more separated from me. Making money had nothing to do with my own worth or beliefs.Â
Â
It was more about solid strategy, testing, tweaking and massive action.
Â
I could separate my business from me. It wasn’t linked.
Â
My coaching business became much more linked to me. My own worth, my own beliefs…
Â
Not consciously, it just happened.Â
Â
Making money and welcoming clients suddenly became linked to my own beliefs.Â
My own emotions and feelings.
Â
And the breakdowns became personal.
Â
And the fears…
All the what if it doesn’t work out.
Â
What if I don’t sell enough
What if I don’t have the audience.
Â
So this what if resulted that I didn’t go full in and the half assed things.
Â
As I...
I’m so excited about my decisions.
Â
They’ve been some incredible CEO decisions that I’ve been making recently in my business.
Â
The first big bold decision I made at the end of last year was to open up a lower ticket option to work with me, yet still with the hiqh quality service. It’s my amazing coaching program: The Art of Business Experience.
Â
And people loved it, now I’ve reached the capacity on doing it how I’m doing it, so it’s time to tweak and improve it so it’s sustainable.
Â
And that means some serious decisions.Â
Â
And I made two of those regarding this program.
Â
Â
Â
I will make sure the quality remains, but for me the 1:1 deep dives is no longer sustainable for this program.
Â
If you’ve been thinking about working with me, now is the time.
Â
You can still g...
Maybe no surprise if you've been in my world for a while but I'm very introverted.
And I'm a single mom to my daughter and I'm with her 100% of the time.
This means time is my most precious resource as it's very limited. Because I'm alone with my daughter and I need a lot of alone time to recharge my batteries, and this I've to do during business hours.
I've around 30 hours per week to dedicate to my business, so I gotta be super clever on how I spend it.
A lot of people are surprised to hear that I don't work full time in my business because I have a very successful multi-six figure business and I'm quite active on social media. My business is also about exquisite client experience. I run a very intimate hands-on Mastermind with 1:1 experience and a really high-touch Art of Business Group Experience.
So how do I do this? I'm going to let you into my secrets...
But before I do,Â
I'm hosting a 3-day series where we will strategize, plan, and map out your offers and client attract...
What I see very often with my clients, and also with my crew, is feast-or-famine cycles and the revenue roller coaster.
Inconsistent revenue and feeling unsafe in your business is a very unsafe way to do business, and extremely energy draining.
If you resonate with this, let’s start turning this around, to start embracing and welcoming predictable income, and consistent income growth.
I personally don’t believe that your income has to fluctuate.
And I think that every month you can be consistent or ideally earn more than the last the month, if you simply allow yourself that.
YES I said SIMPLY ALLOWING YOURSELF. It all starts with you giving yourself permission for it.
You might now be feeling a lot of resistance to what I just said and be like “friggin’ A’ Silja, do you think I am not allowing myself safety in my business???”
Hear me out…
I believe that business is a mixture of strategy and spiritual practice, (the woo-woo, your inner game, and that whatever your focus on, expands).
So let’s ...
